GENERAL ADMISSIONS POLICIES

The School is open to eligible persons with a genuine desire to be trained in the allied healthcare profession.  Staff is available to assist with any questions regarding admission, program length and cost of attendance. Admission to the School is open to all applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, handicap, or marital status.

Complete application for admissions form on line or on campus.

Complete the school’s admission test with a minimum score of 70%

Complete a panel interview

Complete and sign TWC Career School and Colleges Record of Previous Education and Training forms PS-010 and Receipt of Enrollment Policies form PS-005

Sign Campus tour confirmation document

Submit a copy of High school graduate or GED and copies of college transcript if applicable for transfer of credits
All foreign transcripts must be evaluated prior to submission
Submit a copy of Driver’s license or State photo ID card and proof of US residency or citizenship if applicable
Submit two character reference letters of recommendation
Signed attestation of High School education completion
Sign enrollment Agreement (parent or guardian signature is required for applicant under18)

Submit the following Medical documents at least 14 days before attending orientation.
DPT
Varicella
MMR
Current TB shot or X-Ray results
Hepatitis B series (3)
Seasonal Flu Shot
Meningococcal Vaccine (All student under 30 years of age)

A 10- Panel Drug Screen

AHA BLS CPR

Pay Registration fee of $100
Pay Tuition for courses
Students  are required to pay a minimum of 50% of semester cost at the time of registration and the  balance  30  days after classes start.
