GENERAL ADMISSIONS POLICIES
The College is open to eligible persons with a genuine desire to be trained in a career in an allied healthcare profession. Staff is available to assist with any questions regarding admission, program length and cost of attendance. Admission to the College is open to all applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, handicap, or marital status.

Completed TWC Career School and Colleges Record of Previous Education and Training forms PS-010 and Receipt of Enrollment Policies form PS-005
Complete FAFSA application at least two weeks prior to start of classes

Submit all the following documents
Signed Campus tour confirmation or waiver document
A copy of High school graduate, or GED
Evaluated Foreign Transcripts
A copy of SAT or ACT exam Scores or equivalent exam
Driver’s license or State photo ID card
A copy of previous College transcripts if transfer credits is requested
Two letters of recommendation (character)
Proof of citizenship (Voters registration card or Copy of Passport)
Signed Attestation of High School education completion
A 12 Panels Drug Screen results
Sign enrollment Agreement (parent or guardian sign for applicant under18)
Completed Criminal Background check
Copy of proof of Selective Service or Selective letter (Males only)
Copy of Shot records as listed below:
Submit Shot Records including:
Current TB shot or X-Ray
HEP B series
Seasonal Flu Shot
Meningococcal Vaccine (Under 30 years old)
Pay Registration fee of $100
Pay Tuition for courses
Pay 20% of semester credits cost if qualified for Federal Funding. Students paying out of pocket is required to pay 50% of the semester cost upon registration and the balance at the seventh week of attending the courses.
Prospective students are advised to spend time researching the sonography profession prior to deciding on career specialty. Transfer previous college credits are accepted.(see College catalog).
